What materials do you offer?
This all depends on what the desired effect is. For canvas we offer the deluxe Epson PremierArt Waterproof canvas, or a matt canvas for presentational / large quantity production. For prints, we offer as standard either Epson's Premium Luster paper or Premium Glossy photo paper. We can print on matt, watercolour, textured, poster or photoboard products. Please ask us for more information.

What guarantee do I have with the product
The Epson Ultrachrome K3 inks come with a 75 year colour guarantee and a 100 year monochrome guarantee. We gurantee our product to be printed on only recommended materials and inks from the product manufacturers. Our canvas stretcher bars come with a return to base policy should it warp within 12 months. Our large format prints come with a no-fade guarantee*.

How are my pictures delivered?
Depending on if you are having a single print or framed/stretched print will determine how they're sent. Prints are rolled (image on the inside) and placed in a poly-tube. Framed and stretcher prints are fully packaged and sent via Courier. We do offer a pickup service if you prefer this.

My picture is too large to upload - what should I do?
You can post us a CD/DVD with the images on to our address (see below right), or we can provide you with FTP access to our webserver. Please contact us on 0870 8033796 if you were doing either of these.

What file types do you accept, how large should they be and what resolution?
We accept all files types online - from NEF, CR2, TIFF, JPEG, BMP and PDF. However, we recommend you sending us a high-quality JPEG for prints up to 20" x 30" - anything larger than this then a TIFF/RAW file is preferred. Images should be cropped to the EXACT size of the print if at all possible - this speeds up the order process and you get your images quicker. Please ensure the reslolution is set at 300dpi - we interpolate as required when doing large format prints but as a starting point, 300dpi is generally fine.
Online - you can upload a max file of 50MB per image. Anything larger, please use the 'FTP' system available at the bottom of this page and then just put through the products online with no images attached and put a comment in the notes box about the location of the files. This way, the system logs the order and it can be tracked easier.
For stretched canvasses, please leave 1.5in all the way around the main focal area of the image itself. Therefore a 16"x12" canvas will become a 19"x15" image with the bleed for gallery wrap, White background work doesn't require this being added.

Do you have a workshop we can come see you at for advice / examples of your products?
Yes - as of February 2008 our new and improved workshop will be open to the public. You can bring your digital files into us, we can handle, print, frame or stretch your prints usually whilst you wait.

What ColourSpace do you work in? Do you have an ICC profile I can use?
sRBG natively and yes - we do have an ICC profile for you! Our lab works in the sRGB colour space by default. However, we do accept other colour spaces (our printers and RIPs do supports others). However, for accuracy please use our profile which is used for our large prints (12" x 8") and over, canvases and fine art prints. Download here! Smaller prints are all based on sRGB profile - we do not have a profile built for this yet due to new equipment being installed in Q3

Money off vouchers, credit and discount codes
Discount codes are applied after vouchers and credit are deducted from the subtotal. Shipping is not discounted due to rising fuel costs that our couriers are adding onto their prices.
